All products sold on The Dynasty are crafted using 925 Sterling Silver. Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways.
We offer free shipping within India.All products are made-to-order and shipped Pan India. Processing Time: 7-10 business days Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch. Prepaid orders only. Each order is securely packed in tamper-proof luxury boxes.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this, no cancellations are possible as production begins immediately. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
All jewellery is covered under manufacturing defect warranty. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.
All content including logos, images, designs, and text are the property of The Dynasty and may not be copied without permission.
The Dynasty shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
